How to request a refund

Email info@traveltips.travel from the same address you used at checkout. Tell us your order number (in your delivery email). We refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.

What qualifies

• Any purchase, within 7 days of the order.
• The guide didn't match what was promised.
• You changed your mind, cancelled the trip, bought the wrong one.

What doesn't qualify

• More than 7 days after purchase.
• Requests for a partial refund because "one restaurant was closed" — please tell us and we'll fix it for everyone.

After the refund

Your access token is revoked. You may re-purchase later at the current price if you change your mind.
