Do I need to install anything?
No. A free Google account is all you need — the tracker opens in your browser on laptop, tablet and phone. Nothing is downloaded, nothing is shipped.
Will it work in Excel or Numbers?
No. The automated shopping list and self-updating charts run on Google-only formulas — that is why the spreadsheet is compatible with Google Sheets only, not Microsoft Excel.
Can I add or edit items?
Yes. The 400+ pre-filled items are a starting point — edit any of them, delete what you never pack, and add your own rows. New items get the same statuses, charts and shopping-list automation.
Can I use it for more than one trip?
Yes. Duplicate the tab to create a new tracker in seconds, or duplicate the whole file per trip. There is no limit.
Does it work for a family or group?
Yes. It tracks up to 6 travellers, each with their own list, chart and shopping section — and every item has a “person in charge”.
Is my data private?
